Bangladesh factory owners’ cartel freezes foreign investors out

Just two new garment companies have been registered ths year in Bangladesh, as new textile equipmebt orders have fallen 25%. The reason is that a cartel of local factories is able to keep foreign investors out - because, they claim, foreigners pay workers too much
