Cambodian wage talks break down

Discussions over Cambodian garment-industry minimum wages broke down on February 8 after union leaders failed to agree among themselves about the increase they wanted. The dispute illustrates the discord which is just part of how Cambodia is increasingly uncompetitive in the appaerl market
