Finding new factories

The Clothesource Knowledge Base includes SupplyBase – our database of most of the world’s garment factories.

This enables us to offer buyers highly flexible advice. Using PriceTrak and TradeTrak, we can identify countries that are right for making garments in each product category for the markets the buyer is targetting.

SupplyBase then lets us select manufacturers that meet a buyer’s specific needs.

Sometimes a buyer will have needs that are not recorded in our systems – so we can investigate those needs, or give buyers qualified email address lists for them to investigate themselves.

Sometimes, we accompany buyers to factories to help assess production capabilities.

Sometimes we help facilitate a strategic review – for some clients, based on the highly rigorous, analytical approach of our formal Sourcing Health Check. For others, simply an informed critique of certain sourcing principles.

As with all our consultancy:
